Nueva Esperanza Church started the Cory's Kitchen food distribution

site in El Sereno in January of 2008.  The dedicated volunteers there

have continued to see growth in their ministry since they began.               

They are passionate about serving the people in their community.

Pastor Mario Figueroa has a substantial leadership role in the running of

the main warehouse in Irwindale as well as his work in the church

and the food ministry. He is an energetic and enthusiastic leader who

enjoys the love and loyalty of the people with whom he works.
